Audition Dates: August 13-19, 2026
Callback Date: August 20 - 6:00 pm
To audition:
Read the show information above to understand the plot and characters (I've got extra scripts to borrow on my desk.)
Prepare a short monologue (about 30 sec - 1 minute), and a short segment of a song you enjoy singing (not the whole thing) - ahow off your projection for singing and speaking with something you feel comfortable performing.
Choose a character you might be interested in playing. When you come to audition, I'll ask which main character you are most interested in playing and have you read for that one first. You'll also read for a few others to see your range, but it gives us an idea of what you might enjoy. You and a partner will read off each other for the audition.
Complete the audition form to get us your information. This is a google form that helps us get an idea of your other activities, sizes for possible costumes, voice part, etc. (Use the link earlier in #3 to access it.)
Schedule a time to audition on our Sign-up Genius page.
When you come in to audition, be sure to remember this is one way to use your talents!
Pray for support and that you may do well (and courage, too, if you are nervous.)
Please note that in callbacks you may be called back multiple roles or a role you did not anticipate being called back for. For callbacks, you will need to prepare for the specific role you are called back for. Callback packets will be posted after auditions.
